For the new San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Headquarters at 525 Golden Gate Ave., Kai-Yee Woo and Associates was the prime FF&E Asset Management Consultant.

FF&E services include Furniture and Equipment Plans for 900 employees, Vendor coordinations, FF&E Data Management, FF&E Probable Cost Report Management, FF&E QA/QC Management, Coordination with FF&E City Purchasing Department, development of the systems furniture RFQ process to procurement management to post procurement delivery/installation/post occupancy management.

The new building was certified as LEED Platinum by U.S. Green Building Council.

A new model building for CleanPowerSF and OneWaterSF. It was a major work space cultural change. Natural light was shared by every person. View to exterior window was preserved for all staff. Interchanging of clear and frosted glass panels maximized natural light to travel to the most inner work space. The work space feels open and filled with abundant of natural lights.
