For the new San Francisco Police Headquarter, Fire Department and Arson Task Force, Kai-Yee Woo and Associates provided FF&E Asset Management Consultant Services to the San Francisco Department of Public Works.

FF&E services include comprehensive review of Furniture Plans, selections, Specifications, Vendor coordinations, showroom visits, FF&E Data Management, FF&E Probable Cost Report Management, FF&E QA/QC Management, Coordination with FF&E City Purchasing Department, development of the systems furniture RFQ process to procurement management to post procurement delivery/installation/post occupancy management for 517 staff, 3,545 Furniture items in 392 Room locations.

The 6 level Building was completed March 2014 with Gold LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

The FF&E quality assurance and quality control management and the FF&E RFQ process to move-in and post occupancy management was the major contributions and efforts for the new SFPD Headquarter.
