For the new SFO Airport Consolidated Administration Campus, Kai-Yee Woo and Associates is the prime FF&E (Furniture, Furnishing and Equipment) Asset Management Consultant. FF&E services were provided starting with the development of the systems furniture RFQ process to procurement management to post procurement delivery/installation/post occupancy management. The two Campus Administration Buildings 1 and 2 will have a combined area of 577,000 GSF with approximately 885 staff total.

The 5 level Administration Building 1 scheduled for 2017 and 4 level Administration Building 2 scheduled for 2020 will aim to meet the elite LEED V4 Gold rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
