For a new LEED Gold certified Superior Court of Alameda County Courthouse and Hall of Justice which house 13 Trial Court Rooms, 13 Judges Chambers, Public Defenders, District Attorneys, Probation Officers, Jury Assembly Rooms, Jury Deliberation Rooms and various public Waiting Areas in Dublin, California, Kai-Yee Woo and Associates was prime FF&E Asset Management Consultant retained by the County of Alameda.

KYWA provided FF&E Asset Management Services for over 485 Court and County employees. Services included Furniture Plans, furniture selection and approval, FF&E Bid documents, RFQ, process to procurement management.

KYW contributed an efficient and healthy working environment to the court room staff, judges, jury, trial attorneys, witnesses, prosecutors and court room audiences. Selections of furniture were based on understanding of the physical space and the judicial system of the superior courts of California.
